SECTION 42-72.7-11

   § 42-72.7-11  Report on outcome of pilotproject. – The director shall submit a report on the operation of this pilot project tothe permanent legislative oversight commission on the department of children,youth, and families no later than January 1, 2000, and the commission shallmake recommendations to the general assembly regarding the expansion,continuation, or termination of this pilot project.
