SECTION 42-72-19

   § 42-72-19  Transfer of functions fromdepartment of community affairs. – There are transferred to the director of children, youth, and families:

   (1) Those functions of the department of community affairswhich were administered through or with respect to the division of youthdevelopment and of all officers, employees, agencies, advisory councils,committees, and commissions relating to children and youth services of thedivision of youth development.

   (2) So much of other functions or parts of functions andemployees and resources related thereto of the director of the department ofcommunity affairs as are incidental and necessary for the performance ofsubdivision (1).
