SECTION 42-72-22

   § 42-72-22  Reorganization withindepartment. – Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, any division or unit or agencywithin the department of children, youth, and families, however entitled ordescribed, may at any time be reorganized, divided, consolidated, abolished, orotherwise reconstituted by the director, with the approval of the governor, asmay be desirable for the proper administration and performance of the powers,functions, and duties assigned to the department.
