SECTION 42-72-25

   § 42-72-25  Relations with othergovernmental agencies. – The department is authorized to cooperate with the appropriate agencies of thefederal government, this state or other states, and regional and local agenciesin the planning, design and implementation of any programs and facilitiesnecessary to implement this chapter. The department is authorized to apply forand accept funds from federal and regional agencies to carry out any of itsfunctions, and to contract with the federal government and regional agenciesconcerning the use and disposition of the funds.
