SECTION 42-73-4

   § 42-73-4  Appropriation for expenses.– The general assembly shall annually appropriate those sums it may deemnecessary for the payment of the salaries of the staff and for the payment ofoffice expenses and other actual expenses incurred by the child advocate in theperformance of his or her duties; and the controller is authorized and directedto draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of any sumor sums or so much that may from time to time be required upon receipt by himor her of proper vouchers approved by the child advocate.
