SECTION 42-75.2-9

   § 42-75.2-9  Other works of art. – Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as precluding the placement orpurchase of other works of art. Nor shall anything in this chapter be construedas precluding the use of ornamental detailing or other architectural,functional or structural garnishing in constructing public buildings orfacilities. Works of art acquired pursuant to this chapter are to be inaddition to those embellishments.
