SECTION 42-75-1

   § 42-75-1  Declaration of policy. –It is declared to be the policy of the state to join with the federalgovernment, private patrons, and institutions and professional organizationsconcerned with the arts to insure that the role of the arts in the life ofRhode Island communities will continue to grow and will play an ever moresignificant part in the welfare and educational experience of our citizens.
