SECTION 42-75-6

   § 42-75-6  Administration of thecommission. – (a) The chairperson may employ and, with the approval of the majority of thecouncil on the arts, remove an executive director who shall employ any staff asrequired adequately to administer the programs of the council, upon approval ofthe council and within the limits of funds available for those purposes.

   (b) Office space for the commission shall be provided by thedepartment of administration, and the chairperson shall annually request anappropriation of those funds that the chairperson deems necessary to carry outthe provisions of this chapter.
