SECTION 42-78-2

   § 42-78-2  Composition of council. –The council shall consist of the executive directors and chairpersons of theRhode Island council on the arts, the Rhode Island historical preservation andheritage commission, the Rhode Island Historical Society, the Rhode Islandcommittee for the humanities, the state archivist, and a representative of thegovernor's office. The directors of the department of administration, RhodeIsland economic development corporation, department of environmentalmanagement, and state library services shall also serve as ex-officio members.
