SECTION 42-8.1-15

   § 42-8.1-15  Copying and authenticatingcharges. – The archivist may charge a fee set to recover the costs for making orauthenticating copies or reproductions of materials transferred to his or hercustody. This fee shall be fixed by the secretary of state, at a level whichwill recover, so far as practicable, all elements of the above costs, and mayinclude increments for the estimated replacement cost of equipment.
