SECTION 42-8.2-4

   § 42-8.2-4  State register, printing,contents, distribution. – Documents required or authorized to be published by § 42-8.2-5 hereofshall be printed and distributed immediately by the office in a serialpublication designated the "state register". The contents of the daily issuesshall be indexed and shall comprise all documents, required or authorized to bepublished, filed with the office of the secretary of state up to the time ofthe day immediately preceding the day of distribution fixed by regulationestablished by said office. Distribution shall be made by delivery or bydeposit at a post office box at a time in the morning of the day ofdistribution fixed by regulations prescribed by the secretary of state. Theprices to be charged for the state register may be fixed by the secretary ofstate.
