SECTION 42-8-12

   § 42-8-12  Distribution of statepublications to libraries. – The secretary of state is hereby authorized and empowered to distribute topublic and reference libraries within the state copies of any books publishedby state aid which are in his or her custody and which in his or her judgmentare available for distribution. He or she may also distribute in like manner tolibraries outside of the state which have deposited in the state librarypublications of a similar character.
