SECTION 42-8-13

   § 42-8-13  Sale of surplus publications.– The secretary of state is hereby authorized and empowered to sell or dispose ofall duplicate books, pamphlets or other surplus supplies which in his or herjudgment are not available for use by the state. All sums received from thesales shall be deposited into the "secretary of state preservation/conservationaccount."
