SECTION 42-8-8

   § 42-8-8  Transmission of appropriationlaws and enactments. – The secretary of state shall, immediately after the passage of any act orresolution making an appropriation out of the state treasury, transmit a copyof the act or resolution to the director of administration.

   The secretary of state shall, immediately after the passageof any act or resolution, transmit the act or resolution, to the law revisiondirector for processing.
