SECTION 42-8-9

   § 42-8-9  Election forms. – The secretary of state shall, at least ten (10) days previous to the day ofelection of general officers, senator and representatives in congress, orelectors of president and vice-president of the United States, furnish eachtown or ward clerk with printed forms of returns, certificates and directions,together with any advice he or she may deem necessary to secure proper returns.
