SECTION 42-80-5

   § 42-80-5  Report. – The commission shall prepare and submit a report of its activities to thegovernor, the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of thesenate, and the attorney general on or before January 15 of each calendar year.The commission's report shall include, but not be limited to, itsrecommendations for revisions, amendments, additions, or consolidation of thelaws regarding prejudice, bias or hatred to insure that these laws safeguardand protect the public.
