§ 42-95-5 - Termination of fund.
SECTION 42-95-5
§ 42-95-5 Termination of fund. – Ninety (90) days following the submission to the governor of the final audit ofthe project by the state auditor general, the fund shall cease to exist and anyun-obligated monies in the fund shall be distributed between the city ofProvidence and the state general fund subject to the terms and conditions ofthe agreement(s) between the city and the state.
