§ 42-99-17 Applicability of other laws.– The corporation shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 2 of title 38("Access to Public Records") and chapter 46 of this title ("Open Meetings")and, in addition, the commissioners shall be subject to the provisions ofchapter 14 of title 36 ("Code of Ethics").
