SECTION 43-1-6
§ 43-1-6 Documents accompanying measuresreturned or transmitted to secretary of state. – The governor, in returning any measure to either house or transmitting anymeasure to the secretary of state, as required by this chapter, shall forwardwith the measure all papers and documents that accompanied it at the time itwas originally presented to him or her.
