SECTION 43-4-2

   § 43-4-2  Continuity of laws included.– So much of the statutes contained in this revision of 1956 as remain insubstance the same as before the revision shall be deemed and taken to havecontinued in force from the time of their first enactment and as if thisrevision had not been made.
