   § 44-11-44  Annual Rhode Island corporateincome and tax data report. – No later than March 15, 2010 and every March 15th thereafter, the division oftaxation shall annually submit a report for the previous calendar year of RhodeIsland corporate income and tax data by size of federal taxable income to thechairpersons of the house finance committee and senate finance committee, andthe house fiscal advisor and the senate fiscal advisor. The report should be assimilar as practical to the business and income tax data for Rhode Islandfederal taxpayers issued by the Statistics of Income Division of the InternalRevenue Service.
