   § 44-12-9  Publication of forfeitures– Vacation on payment of tax. – The secretary of state shall publish in one or more of the daily publicnewspapers printed in the city of Providence the names of all corporationswhose charters or articles of association have been forfeited. The forfeitureshall be vacated as to any corporation, which shall pay all taxes and allinterest then due to the tax administrator within sixty (60) days of the dateof the publication.
