SECTION 44-15-13

   § 44-15-13  Penalty for failure to filereturn. – If any return or statement required to be made under the provisions of thischapter is not made within the time fixed or extended, the corporation orassociation or any officer or agent of the corporation neglecting or refusingto make the return or statement shall be fined not exceeding ten thousanddollars ($10,000).
