§ 44-17-3 - Extension of time for filing return.
SECTION 44-17-3
§ 44-17-3 Extension of time for filingreturn. – The tax administrator may for reasonable cause extend the time for filing anyreturn required under the provisions of this chapter, but any extension is notdeemed an extension of the time for payment of the tax.
