SECTION 44-18-30.1
§ 44-18-30.1 Application for certificateof exemption – Fees. – A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid by all organizationsapplying for a certificate of exemption from the Rhode Island sales and use taxunder § 44-18-30(5). All fees collected under this section shall beallocated to the tax administrator for enforcement and collection of all taxes.
