SECTION 44-19-29

   § 44-19-29  Access to records of stateagencies. – The records of any board, department, division, or commission of the statehaving information with respect to retailers and persons storing, using, orconsuming in this state tangible personal property purchased from a retailershall, notwithstanding any other provision of law, be open to the inspection ofthe tax administrator for the purpose of determining the names of those subjectto the taxes imposed by chapter 18 of this title or for any other purpose inconnection with the administration of those taxes.
