SECTION 44-19-30.1

   § 44-19-30.1  Waiver of confidentiality.– The taxpayer may waive the confidentiality established by § 44-19-30 bynotifying the hearing officer at any time, and may limit the waiver at his orher own discretion. The taxpayer is permitted to bring other persons into thehearing without waiving the confidentiality described in § 44-19-30.
