SECTION 44-19-8

   § 44-19-8  Separate listing of tax inprice. – The tax administrator may by regulation provide that the amount collected bythe retailer from the consumer in reimbursement of the sales or use tax isdisplayed separately from the list price, the price advertised, the markedprice, or other price on the sales check or other proof of sale.
