SECTION 44-20-3
§ 44-20-3 Penalties for unlicensedbusiness. – Any distributor or dealer who sells, offers for sale, or possesses with intentto sell, any tobacco products without a license as provided in § 44-20-2,shall be fined in accordance with the provisions of and the penalties containedin § 11-9-13.15.
