SECTION 44-20-51.2
§ 44-20-51.2 Criminal penalty forfraudulent offenses. – Whoever, with intent to defraud the state fails to comply with any requirementof this chapter or regulations prescribed thereunder shall in addition to anyother penalty provided in this chapter, for each such offense, be fined tenthousand dollars ($10,000), or imposed not more than five (5) years, or both.
