   § 44-3-19  List of tax exemptions –Notification. – The tax assessor of every city and town shall maintain a list of every taxexemption or tax rebate for which a taxpayer may apply, including the taxcredits defined in chapter 33 of this title entitled "Property Tax Relief ";information on property exempt from taxation under § 44-3-3(16); andinformation on the appeals process defined in § 44-5-26. A copy of thislist shall be sent to every taxpayer each year with one of the annual tax billsand shall include the telephone number of the city or town office to becontacted should any taxpayer wish to determine his or her eligibility for anyexemption or rebate.
