SECTION 44-3-48

   § 44-3-48  Burrillville – Certain taxexemptions. – (a) Each exemption granted on property in the town of Burrillville by any ofthe provisions of this chapter shall be at a rate to be established per onethousand dollars ($1,000) of valuations for each exemption granted to ataxpayer.

   (b) The town council of the town of Burrillville shallannually establish the tax rate for exemptions at the same time it establishesa tax rate for all ratable property.
