SECTION 44-3-54
§ 44-3-54 "Sons of the Revolution" societylocated in the town of Middletown – Tax exemption. – Notwithstanding any other provisions of the general laws to the contrary, thecity council of the town of Middletown is authorized to determine, by ordinanceor resolution, exemptions from property taxation for the "Sons of theRevolution" society located in the town of Middletown.
