SECTION 44-30.3-10

   § 44-30.3-10  One abatement claim perdwelling unit. – Only one abatement claim may be filed for any dwelling unit. If a mitigationclaim, as defined in § 44-30.3-1(b), has previously been filed for thesame dwelling unit, the amount of the abatement claim will be reduced by theamount of the mitigation claim already paid for the dwelling unit, even if thedwelling unit has been transferred to another owner or lessee.
