SECTION 44-30.3-14
§ 44-30.3-14 Extension of time for filingclaims. – In case of sickness, absence, or other disability, or if, in his or herjudgment, good cause exists, the tax administrator may extend for a period notto exceed six (6) months the time for filing a claim.
