SECTION 44-31.2-10

   § 44-31.2-10  Disclaimer and severability.– (a) The state of Rhode Island reserves the right to refuse the use of RhodeIsland's name in credits of any motion picture filmed or produced in the state.

   (b) If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of thischapter is for any reason judged invalid by any court of competentjurisdiction, the judgment does not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainderof this chapter but is confined in its operation to the clause, sentence,paragraph, or part of this chapter directly involved in the controversy inwhich the judgment has been rendered.
