SECTION 44-33-11

   § 44-33-11  Proof of claim. – Every claimant under this chapter shall supply to the division of taxation insupport of his or her claim, reasonable proof of rent paid, name and address ofowner or managing agent of property rented, property taxes accrued, changes ofhomestead, household membership, household income, size and nature of propertyclaimed as the homestead and a statement that the property taxes accrued andused for purposes of this chapter have been or will be paid by the claimant andthat there are no delinquent property taxes on the homestead.
