§ 44-40-16 - Collection.
SECTION 44-40-16
§ 44-40-16 Collection. – The administrator shall be responsible for the collection of the tax imposed bythis chapter and may exercise all the powers granted to him or her in chapter23 of this title for the collection of taxes.
