SECTION 44-43-7

   § 44-43-7  Rules and regulations. –The tax administrator is authorized and empowered to make rules and regulationsthat he or she may deem necessary for the proper administration and enforcementof this chapter, excepting those matters committed by § 44-43-1(2) and (6)to the supervision of the Rhode Island economic development corporation.
