§ 44-44-13 - Contingency provision.
SECTION 44-44-13
§ 44-44-13 Contingency provision. –The provisions of this chapter shall become null and void, and the tax imposedunder this chapter shall terminate, if federal or state legislation is enactedwhich requires a deposit on beverage containers.
