SECTION 44-44-3.4
§ 44-44-3.4 Issuance of permit –Assignment prohibited – Display. – Upon receipt of the required application and permit fee, the tax administratorshall issue to the applicant a separate permit for each location in RhodeIsland. A permit is not assignable and is valid only for the person in whosename it was issued and only for the business location shown in the permit. Itshall at all times be conspicuously displayed at the location for which it wasissued.
