SECTION 44-49-5

   § 44-49-5  Tax payment required forpossession. – No dealer may possess any marijuana or controlled substance upon which a tax isimposed under this chapter unless the tax has been paid on the marijuana or acontrolled substance as evidenced by a stamp or other official indicia.
