SECTION 44-5-13.1

   § 44-5-13.1  Duties of assessors withrespect to forms. – The assessors shall utilize all forms adopted in accordance with forms preparedby the department of revenue for the preparation and administration of theirassessments. Nothing contained in this chapter invalidates a tax assessed andlevied in accordance with law.
