   § 44-5-20.04  Central Falls – Propertytax classification – Procedures for adopting – Tax levydetermination. – The tax assessor, with the approval of the city council by resolution, shallannually determine the percentage of the tax levy to be apportioned each classof property and establish a tax rate which equalizes as much as possible therate of tax for each class of property.
