SECTION 44-5-20.25

   § 44-5-20.25  Cranston – Property taxclassification – Tax levy determination. – The assessor of the city of Cranston shall provide to the city council ofCranston, a list containing the full and fair cash valuation of each propertyclass, and with the approval of the city of Cranston city council, annuallydetermine the percentages of the tax levy to be apportioned each class ofproperty and shall annually apply tax rates sufficient to produce theproportion of the total tax levy.
