SECTION 44-5-22

   § 44-5-22  Certification of tax roll.– The tax levy shall be applied to the assessment roll and the resulting tax rollcertified by the assessors to the city or town clerk, city or town treasurer,or tax collector, as the case may be. Thereafter, the assessor shall cause tobe published in a newspaper of general circulation within the city or town therate of tax and the percentage of fair market value employed in assessing thetax on manufacturer's machinery and equipment.
