SECTION 44-5-68.2

   § 44-5-68.2  Warren – Property taxclassification. – Tax levy determination. – The assessor shall provide to the town council of Warren a list containing thefull and fair valuation of each property class and, with the approval of thetown council, annually determine the percentage of the tax levy to beapportioned each class of property and shall annually apply tax ratessufficient to produce the proportion of the total tax levy.
