SECTION 44-5-81
§ 44-5-81 Pawtucket – Waiver ofinterest. – Notwithstanding any other provisions in the general laws to the contrary, thecity of Pawtucket may, by ordinance duly enacted, authorize the financedirector and/or the tax collector to waive interest on motor vehicle ortangible taxes, based on criteria established by the city council.
