SECTION 44-51-13

   § 44-51-13  Release of assessmentinformation. – Notwithstanding any other provisions of the general laws, the tax administratorshall not be prohibited from providing assessment information to the directorof the department of human services or his or her designee, with respect to theassessment imposed by this chapter; provided, that the director of humanservices and his or her agents and employees may use or disclose thatinformation only for purposes directly connected with the administration of theduties and programs of the department of human services.
