SECTION 44-53-14

   § 44-53-14  Records of sales andredemption. – The tax administrator shall keep a record of all sales of real property under§ 44-53-9 and of all redemptions of that property. The record shall statethe tax for which any sale was made, the dates of seizure and sale, the name ofthe party assessed and all proceedings in making the sale, the amount ofexpenses, the names of the purchasers, and the date of the deed. A copy of therecord, or any part of the record, certified by the tax administrator shall beevidence in any court of the truth of the facts stated in the record.
